The race passes through different towns. The  runners are neighbors of the localities and run a few miles with the witness that symbolizes the Basque language.

Korrika is a race in favor of Euskera that covers all of Euskal Herria, organized by AEK. The objective of this race is twofold: on the one hand, to promote awareness in favor of the Basque language, and on the other hand, to raise money for the AEK's learning centers.
